Neat and Clean Rooms
« Makarem Mina is located in Azizyah Shamalia. The hotel is near Noori Market, Al Baik and Subway.Check in took us a little time as we went their in Ramadan. The hotel gives transportation to and from Haram but the side where the bus drops is far from kaabah (Masjid starts after walking some distance but going to kaabah is a little hard)

Car Parking is Available infront of hotel or 300m on the left side if facing the hotel.

I would recommend another hotel than this one, it is Makarem Shorofat. Its rooms are not well maintained but it is cheap and gives 5 star hotel breakfast and has better transportation services. For more info. click on this link :

Rooms are Excellent,Neat and Clean
« The hotel is located in aziziyah shamaliya. The hotel and rooms are cleaned like they were new. The location is good as its near to Fast Food shops like Subway and Al-Baik. The hotel is near to Noori Market. The hotel is far from Haram but that's not a big problem as hotel gives free transportation from and to Haram. There is parking in front of Hotel and if parking is not available Than another parking area is nearby almost 300m.
Everything else is Great. »

Good place, excellent bus service
« The room was spacious for 4 people. However, housekeeping wasn't done everyday. Toiletries supplies, towels and mineral water weren't provided daily. The best part about staying here is the bus! On time if not ahead of schedule. It is also about 10min walk from a supermarket and the famous Al Baik Restaurant 😂 »

الهدوء والراحه
« فندق مميز يقع بحي العزيزيه تتوفر جميع الخدمات حوله
كذلك يوفر مواقف للسيارات ببدروم الفندق وتتوفر أيضاً خارجه
قريب من طريق المؤدي إلى المسجد الحرام
أرشحه لمن يرغب في السكن من أجل العمره أو زيارة الحرم

لكونه يوفر رحلات إنطلاق من وإلى المسجد الحرام للصلوات الخمس »

2nd Home Coming to this Property
« Things are as they were during our last visit, except that this time around the hotel did not offer the B and B. Anyway the rates were further lower than our visit last year which of course compensates the breakfast. The rooms in this property in my opinion are the largest for 4 star category in Makkah. The surroundings are quiet. In case the underground parking is full there is amble parking space around the property. Housekeeping and quality of bedding and linen is good,. I suppose Mr. Jiffry who is the Housekeeping in-charge does a good job of keeping guests satisfied. The rooms are complimented with Electric Kettle / Tea / Coffee / Creamer / Milk and 2 bottles of water daily. Good sleep quality and chilling A/C. Effective and on schedule shuttle available to the Haram and back. »

« Reception was exceptional and staff was so cooperative. Rooms, lobby and passages were clean and well maintained. Shuttle service was on time. Prices were very reasonable. In room facilities were adequate. Rooms were quiet and sound proof.

Things that need to be upgraded were car parking as it was full so I had to park the car outside. Shuttle bus became crowded in prayer times so it need to increase the number of buses as per need. Restaurant was not functional and there was no breakfast served.

Overalls great experience and highly recommended »

« مع زيارتي يللفندق لأكثر من مرة ، لم أجد أي تغير بمستوى النظافة (الفندق بكل أمانة نظيف)

إلا أن عيب الغرف المفردة مستمر ( سريرين منفصلة)

وأسعار الفندق ممتازة خصوصًا في غير شهر رمضان ،ن الاستقبال تعاملهم جيد وتسجيل الدخول والخروج بوقت معقول دون تأخير »

« It was a good hotel, value of money , nice receptionist, flexible departure , good size of our room we chosen a four bedroom but they haven’t iron , toilet it has a smell and it’s looks old not like the room maybe the rate 3 from 5 , the cleaner didn’t put a shampoo or shower gel when they cleaned , when I came no body told me what the hotel offer, but overall, I recommend this hotel and If I didn’t find a good hotel near to haram I’ll book the same hotel for next time.. Thank you. »

غرف نظيفة وسعر مناسب
« فندق مكارم منى خيار جيد للسكن ، أقمت فيه ليلتين في رمضان وكان السعر مناسب جداً مقارنة بأسعار الفنادق هذه الفترة ويميزه نظافة الغرف وجودة الاثاث والموظفين في الاستقبال خدمتهم ممتازة .

لكن فيه بعض العيوب أتمنى تلافيها مستقبلاً :

- أكبر عيب هو وقت الدخول الساعة 3 العصر سيء ومتأخر ولايوجد مرونة بالدخول وقد نعذرهم بسبب أمتلاء الغرف .
- الاضاءة في الغرفة خافتة جداً .
- طلبت تنظيف الغرفة العصر ورجعت آخر الليل ولم يتم تنظيفها .
- هاتف الغرفة كان عطلان وطلبت اصلاحه ولكن دون تجاوب . »

Exceeded our expectations ,great value for the money
« Don’t judge this book by its cover! As soon as we went in we were wowed by the lobby . The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was very nice almost posh , and the bathrooms were excellent. I only wish they had buffet breakfast. Most people when booking online didn’t have the option to get breakfast with their room, so the buffet breakfast is not prepared. If they had the option I’m sure people would take it. I ordered it for my room for one day and it was delicious, but we were the only ones that had breakfast that day! »

الإضاءة خافتة زياده عن اللزوم
لا توجد مستلزمات دورة المياه اعزكم الله
الغرفة نظيفة والتبريد ممتاز والسرير مريح
لا يوجد لديهم سرير دبل وانما يتم دمج سريرين
توجد مواقف لكن اغلب الاوقات فل

« Good location, Bus service good, but pick-up point is far from Masjid Al Haram, need to walk a lot, Front Desk staff is very friendly, good communication skills, Pre booking Parking Available, unfortunately I didn't book the parking, so I did beside the main road. »

« The room size and the bed size really good. Reception staff very helpful ( Naif, The two Abdul rehmans and Ahmed) all good guys speak good English.
Rooms were clean but i think you have to call for room cleaning everyday if you want you room to be clean, As i did not see anyone coming and asking you for the room service.
They have shuttle service to and from haram That should be more frequent. you can get the time table from reception for 5 prayers and Tahjud.
nearby super market (Nuri) you can buy freshly mud oven baked pizza from there too. and also a (tandoor ) for fresh bread if you know what i mean.
Overall good experience. It will cost you 20 SR each way to and From haram sherif if you want to use taxi depends your haggling skills. »

The Best of the Best Without The Pinch
« Believe me I have visited many properties in Makkah, nothing positively compares to this one. The rooms and toilets are huge. The linen are spotlessly clean . The shampoo is advertised as an organic kind. The place is in a quite serenade part of Makkah well away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The shuttle works spot on time. The breakfast buffet was superb as it had all what I needed. Adequate water and tea / coffee is in the room including an electric kettle. There is dedicated and also also ample open parking close to the hotel. Looking forward to stay at this property during all my future travel on spiritual solace to this important and revered religious city. »

« Very nice quite place near haram and in the middle of vital places.
So clean and excellant service and prices too. Always stay there when i travel makka for omra or business.
You should try it and strongly recommend it for price and cleanliness and awsome staff. »

« يعتبر الفندق جيد مقارنة بمجموعة من الفنادق بذات المنطقة خصوصا مع انخفاض الاسعار في غير أيام شهر رمضان واعتماد أسعار رائعة للغرف ،، يعيب الفندق عدم وجود أي غرفة بسرير مزدوج عدا في الاجنحة ذات الغرفتين ،، وكافة الغرف المفردة ذات سريرين منفصلين ،، إضافة إلى قلة المواقف مقارنة بعدد الغرف ،، والفندق بشكل عام نظيف ولم أجد أي أمر مزعج خلال إقامتي لأكثر من مرة »
